40 Hrs

140 hours of Ground Briefing classes and 40 hours (Incl. AFIR (A) Patter flying) of patter flying training by DGCA approved Examiner of APFT.

8 Weeks

Course duration Approx 8 Weeks.

Assistant Flight Instructors can upgrade to a Flight Instructor by enrolling for this course.

200 Hours Instructional Flying Experience
500 Hours Pilot in Command (20 Hours by night) Flying Experience

FLYING

40 hrs of Ground Briefing classes and 40 hrs (Incl. AFIR (A) Patter flying) of patter flying training by DGCA approved Examiner of APFT.

FLIGHT TEST

All flying checks would be done by DGCA approved Examiner of APFT/DGCA FOI.
